Terms and conditions

1. TOUR AGREEMENT

The tour agreement becomes effective when the deposit of €300 is paid and written confirmed by Enduro Sibiu.

2. AGREED SERVICES

Services agreed are published on this website and include accommodation for 4 nights, guided tours for 3 days and the provision of a motorbike.

Services not specifically listed as included are not included in the tour price.

Enduro Sibiu reserves the right to modify the tour, the routes, the accommodation and the bikes agreed on important grounds. These changes should maintain the tours characteristics as location, duration and type of accommodation.

3. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

The participant should be able to ride a motorbike offroad and should have a valid driving licence.

Enduro Sibiu is under no obligation to determine and verify the participants competence and abilities.

4. ACCOMMODATION

The provided accommodation is a Romanian rural guesthouse or a hotel. Enduro Sibiu takes no responsibility for the quality of delivered services by the accommodation.

5. MOTORBIKES

The provided motorbikes come with a full gas tank and have to be returned full. Damages on the motorbikes will be charged with the list prices of the vehicle brand for Austria including VAT. It is the participant's sole responsibility to document any damage to the motorcycle through photos or other appropriate records. A later assertion of previous damages is excluded.

Before the tour start a deposit of 150€ will be collected and accounted against the damages. If the damages during the tour exceed the value of the deposit a further deposit is required.

A not used deposit will be returned at the end of the tour.

6. TOURGUIDES

The guide's instructions must be strictly followed and motorcycles must be treated with care and respect. Violation of both entitles Enduro Sibiu to exclude the participant from further participation in the tour and to expel him from the hotel. A refund of the paid travel price is not possible in this case.

7. REBOOKING OF THE TOUR

The participant can rebook the tour to another available date at any time for a fee of €30. The tour price then applies to the tour price valid for the rebooked date.

8. CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR

Enduro Sibiu reserves the right to postpone or completely cancel the tour at any time on important grounds. Furthermore, Enduro Sibiu is entitled to cancel the tour up to one week before tour commencement if the minimum number of participants has not been reached. In such case, the participant will be notified promptly in writing, by letter, e-mail or telephone.

The participant can cancel the tour at any time. For this case and in case of a no show a refund of the paid travel price is not possible.

9. PAYMENT

Payment has to be done by credit card or bank transfer on booking, cash payment is not accepted.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

Romanian law is applicable, unless contested by other compelling legal provisions. Place of jurisdiction is Sibiu, Romania.

The inefficacy of individual terms of these travel and rental terms and conditions shall not result in the inefficacy of the remaining provisions or of the tour.
